We don't hide our fees, so you know what to expect with your TRT therapy treatment plan. We DO NOT accept insurance. Labs are not included in the cost of our services. We do have exceptional negotiated prices on lab panels with LabCorp, cash pay, if needed.
Initial Consultation
$250
Initial low T treatment consultation includes a history & physical. In addition, we will go through each lab* with you so you understand where you stand with your health. This visit is more than just a trt therapy consultation, it includes vitamin & supplement counseling as well as additional services such as growth hormone optimization, & weight loss.
Initial cost includes unlimited consultations, 1st month of testosterone replacement therapy & scheduled B12, if needed, in office injections. (Lab fees not included )
Testosterone Optimization Therapy
$200/month
If you qualify & wish to proceed with testosterone optimization therapy, You will be taught how to self administer your injections at home, & have follow up visits scheduled every 8-12 weeks depending on your progress.
Monthly recurring cost includes: Unlimited consultations, weekly testosterone injections (6 week supply), and B12 injections if your B12 levels are low.
Bundle Discounts: We offer discounts if services are paid in full for 3, 6 , 12 months
HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin)
$120.00/3 month supply
HCG is used to prevent testicular shrinking and helps maintain fertility during testosterone therapy. If this is an important factor for you, this is an option that may be discussed, but there is no guarantee that it will preserve fertility. Also, many men report a higher sense of wellbeing, uplifted mood and larger penile girth while using HCG.

A board certified family nurse practitioner, Summer believes in providing a holistic, pro-wellness approach to healthcare for her patients. Born and raised in Northern Arizona, she has experience with the unique needs of our community the individuals who live here. With a background in critical care, trauma, cardiology, and flight nursing, as well as primary care, she is well versed in the needs of her patients.
In her free time, Summer enjoys spending time with her husband and family, They enjoy mountain biking, hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors.

T-Boost Testosterone Replacement Therapy offers care via a board certified nurse practitioner, who has training in testosterone replacement therapy, cardiology, and a multitude of other areas of primary care.
You can expect to have your blood drawn every few months until you are dialed in on a safe, effective regimen. Then labs will be drawn every 6 months. Labs may need to be done if you experience adverse affects or adjustments are made to your regimen.
Labs are drawn through a contract with Labcorp. Appointments are recommended, and labs should be drawn in the morning, to avoid lines and for the best testosterone levels. There is an additional fee for this service,
The way that we incorporate TRT is different than the FDA stance on TRT therapy, as we believe that not all men are created equal, therefore each man's needs are different. So no, our treatments are not evaluated and/or necessarily approved by the FDA.
Recently, the black box warning regarding heart attack risk has been removed from testosterone, in regards to cardiovascular events.Past studies had raised concern for the possibility of an increased risk of stroke or heart attack for patients on testosterone replacement, these studies were small and poorly designed, with elderly participants. Fortunately, newer data shows that LOW testosterone may be associated with and increased risk of stroke and heart attack as well as worse outcomes with COVID.
Testosterone therapy has been shown to decrease sperm production, and may inhibit fertility. By taking supplements like HCG, you may be able to decrease this risk, but if you are wanting to have children, this is a serious consideration before starting, as there is no guarantee you will maintain fertility.
While TRT can provide amazing benefits, it is not without potential side effects. Possible common side effects include elevated hematocrit, reduced fertility, enlargement of the prostate, acne, and balding.
No, our company does not accept insurance. Insurance companies have strict criteria and generally consider testosterone to be “normal” between 350-950. This is a huge range and does not account for free (bioavailable testosterone). We consider your symptoms and treat you as an INDIVIDUAL instead of focusing solely on a numerical value. Our goal is to find YOUR normal and we cannot do that under the constraints imposed by insurance.
If you decide to discontinue testosterone replacement therapy, your body will need time to adjust. This adjustment may take several months, in order to allow for you to make testosterone on your own natural level again. There are medications that can help with this transition, if you desire to take this route.
Our philosophy does not endorse the use of AI inhibitors as they promote bone loss and other derogatory issues in men, and evidence shows that there is no benefit to the majority of males in taking a hormone to block estrogen, as both males and females do require estrogen in their bodies, for proper function. Blocking estradiol may damage the lining of your blood vessels, decreases insulin sensitivity, and may also decrease your libido function (Russell & Grossman, 2019).
